Group prices for every temple are in the Kamakura temple fees calculator. If you still need to choose between ticket types, read Kamakura and Enoshima day trip: cost and which pass to buy.

Variation: start at Kita-Kamakura for the Zen temples

Engakuji is about 1 minute on foot from JR Kita-Kamakura Station, and Kenchoji about 15 minutes on foot (about 5 minutes by bus). Kita-Kamakura is one stop before Kamakura on the JR Yokosuka Line. Each temple costs ¥500 per adult (¥200 for children). Kenchoji has announced free admission on 24 October 2026.

Note: the JR Yokosuka Line is not covered by the Enoshima-Kamakura Freepass. If you start at Kita-Kamakura, pay the JR fare separately (an IC card such as Suica works) and check whether you still take enough Enoden rides for a pass to pay off.
