Yokohama Cosmo World tickets 2026: ride prices and the cheapest way to pay (calculator)
Short answer: entry is free. You pay for each ride with prepaid tickets, cash only, and everyone from age 3 pays the same price. The Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel is ¥1,000, the big rides cost ¥700–¥1,000 and the kids' rides ¥200–¥400. There is no unlimited-ride pass. Instead, discount tickets give you more ride value than you pay: ¥3,500 for ¥3,200, ¥5,000 for ¥4,500 and ¥7,000 for ¥6,000. One ticket can be shared by the whole group. Enter your rides to get the cheapest mix. Prices from the official pages, checked 2026-10-11.

How the tickets work
- Single tickets are sold from ¥100 to ¥1,000 in ¥100 steps, at face value (a ¥500 ticket costs ¥500).
- Discount tickets hold more value than you pay. The ride price is taken off the ticket's balance each time. If the balance is too low, you buy a single ticket for the difference and hand both to the staff.
- One ticket can be used for several people: a ¥5,000 ticket covers 5 people on the ¥1,000 Ferris wheel.
- Tickets are valid for 1 year from the day you buy them. No refunds or exchanges.
- Payment is cash only: no credit cards. The arcade games, carnival games and coin-operated kiddie rides also take cash, and tickets do not work there.
| Discount ticket | You pay | Ride value | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| ¥3,500 ticket | ¥3,200 | ¥3,500 | ¥300 |
| ¥5,000 ticket | ¥4,500 | ¥5,000 | ¥500 |
| ¥7,000 ticket | ¥6,000 | ¥7,000 | ¥1,000 |
| ¥2,500 ticket (limited time, for the new ride opening) | ¥2,200 | ¥2,500 | ¥300 |
The official page does not give an end date for the limited ¥2,500 ticket. Groups of 20 or more: Ferris wheel ¥800 each and the ¥3,500 ticket for ¥2,800 each, at the management office (cash). With a Japanese disability certificate or Mirairo ID: Ferris wheel ¥500 and ¥1,100 of rides for ¥800, up to 3 of each per day.
Cosmo Clock 21: the Ferris wheel
- ¥1,000 per person, the same for adults and children from age 3. One turn takes about 15 minutes.
- 112.5 m tall, 60 gondolas for up to 8 people each. 4 gondolas have see-through floors and walls, at the same price; 2 are barrier-free.
- Children below elementary school age must ride with a paying companion aged 16 or older.
- Last boarding: 15 minutes before the park closes, or earlier when the line is long. The lights are on from sunset until about midnight, also on closing days.
- Also riding the Yokohama Air Cabin? The ropeway + Ferris wheel set saves ¥300 per adult, but it is sold only at the Air Cabin counters or online, not inside Cosmo World.
