Yokohama Anpanman Children's Museum tickets 2026: price by date and family cost (calculator)
Short answer: the museum costs ¥2,200–¥2,800 per person, and adults and children from age 1 pay the same price. Babies under 1 need no ticket. The price changes by date: ¥2,200 on most weekdays, ¥2,400–¥2,800 on weekends and holidays. Tickets are sold online only, as a date-and-time web ticket, from 28 days before your visit at 10:00 Japan time. The shops and restaurants on the first floor are free. How the tickets work
- Online only. The museum floors (2F and 3F) need a date-and-time web ticket. The counter does not sell tickets, except discount tickets for disability certificate holders. Same-day tickets are sold online while slots are left.
- When sales open: 28 days before your visit at 10:00 Japan time, until your entry time. Weekend and holiday slots can sell out.
- Your time slot is an entry time, not a limit. You cannot enter earlier than the time on your ticket. If a traffic jam makes you late, the same ticket still works. Once inside, stay until closing; same-day re-entry is allowed.
- Show the ticket on your asoview My Page (or the share page you send to your group). Screenshots and PDFs are not accepted.
- Up to 10 tickets per order, adults and children together. There is no group discount.
- Payment by credit card (VISA, JCB, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, Discover) or Paidy. Japanese children's gift vouchers (kodomo shohinken) cannot pay for web tickets.
- Children under elementary school age must come with a guardian. There is no age limit for adults.

- You can cancel some of the tickets in an order, so one sick child does not cost the whole family.
- To change the date or time, cancel all tickets and buy again. To add people, buy extra tickets. To swap an adult for a child ticket, cancel and rebuy, or ask the staff on the day.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

October shows the dates from the 11th. The museum adds new dates on its official calendar (Japanese). It is closed on 31 December 2026 and 1–2 January 2027; other maintenance closures are announced on the site.
Opening hours
- Museum (2F–3F): usually 10:00–17:00 on weekdays and 9:30–17:00 on weekends and holidays. Last entry is 16:00. On some days it closes early: on 21 October 2026 it is open 10:00–16:00 with last entry at 15:00.
- Shops and restaurants (1F, free): usually 10:00–18:00. Last orders depend on the shop.
- The calculator shows the hours for your date.
Discounts
- Disability discount: half price (¥1,100–¥1,400 depending on the date) for the holder and 1 helper. Buy at the 2F ticket counter on the day, not online; no web ticket needed. Only disability certificates issued in Japan or the Mirairo ID app count. Other people in your group pay the normal price at the same counter.
- No student, senior or group discounts are listed.
Strollers, lockers and food
- No strollers in the museum floors. Leave yours at the 2F stroller parking (no staff watch it, so keep valuables with you). Strollers are fine on 1F. There is no stroller or wheelchair rental.
- Coin lockers on 1F and 2F: S ¥400, M ¥500, L ¥600, L ¥700. The ¥700 large lockers take IC cards. Same day only; staff do not hold luggage, and the lockers are limited. For a big suitcase, use a locker at Yokohama Station.
- No eating in the museum floors (water stations are there). Nursing rooms, diaper tables and hot water for formula are on 1F and 3F; a microwave for baby food is on 1F.
- Photos and videos for personal use are allowed, but posting them on social media or video sites is not. No flash during stage shows.
- Everything is indoors, so it works on a rainy day.
Getting there
- 3 minutes on foot from Shin-Takashima Station (Exit 3), Minatomirai Line.
- 10 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station (East Exit). Walking from Yokohama saves the extra Minatomirai Line fare.

- By car: 128 spaces, ¥600 for the first hour, then ¥400 per 30 minutes, height limit 2.3 m.
