Hakone Kamakura Pass: is it worth it? (calculator)

Short answer: the Hakone Kamakura Pass costs ¥8,520 per adult (¥1,980 per child) for 3 consecutive days. Buying the two separate passes from Shinjuku costs ¥8,740 (Hakone Freepass 2 days ¥7,100 + Enoshima-Kamakura Freepass ¥1,640), so the one pass saves ¥220 per adult, or ¥620 if you need the 3-day Hakone Freepass. It only works if both trips fit into 3 days in a row. Tick your rides below to compare it with the Freepasses and with single tickets. Prices from the official Odakyu pages, checked 2026-10-10.

Romancecar seat fee extra.
One pass for both areas, plus unlimited Odakyu rides in between. The Romancecar seat fee is extra.

Only needed to compare with single tickets. Find it with the official Odakyu fare search or the ticket machine. Shinjuku ⇄ Odawara is ¥910 each way and is already in the calculator.

The Hakone Kamakura Pass covers every Odakyu ride for 3 days. The two Freepasses each give one round trip from Shinjuku. If you plan other Odakyu rides (for example straight from Hakone to Fujisawa), ask at an Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center whether your Freepasses cover them, and enter any fare you would pay here.

Romancecar seat fees are extra with every pass: ¥1,200 adult / ¥600 child Shinjuku ⇄ Hakone-Yumoto, ¥750 / ¥380 Shinjuku ⇄ Katase-Enoshima, each way. They are added to every option below.
